KUKA Technology and Innovation Ltd ("KUKA", "we", "our", "us") operates the website kukatech.com.ng and the engineering studio described on it. Our head office is at 47A Lawoyin Street, Ilesha Garage, Osogbo, Nigeria.

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or submit a project brief, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

We only collect what you choose to give us, plus the minimum needed to run the site.

• Project briefs. Name, email, company, role, project type, budget range, and the message you send through the contact form.
• Direct correspondence. Anything you send to hello@kukatech.com.ng or support@kukatech.com.ng.
• Technical data. Basic request metadata (IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamps) processed by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16, and we do not process special-category personal data.

• To respond to your brief and discuss whether we are a fit for the work.
• To send you scoping documents, proposals, and project communications.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling. We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in.

We process project briefs on the basis of taking pre-contractual steps at your request. We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Where you contact us for any other reason, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by emailing us.

We share information only with the limited service providers that help us run the studio. Each is bound by confidentiality and processes data on our instructions.

• Hosting and database. Project briefs are stored in our managed cloud database and served from our hosting provider's edge network.
• Email delivery. Inbound and outbound messages pass through standard email providers.
• Domain verification. A meta tag is included for Facebook domain verification; no personal data is shared with it.

We may disclose information when required by a valid Nigerian legal request, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud or harm.

kukatech.com.ng does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. We use a single first-party session cookie (named kuka-admin) only on our internal admin route to keep an authorised session unlocked. Closing your browser or signing out clears it.

• Active briefs: for the duration of the engagement and any follow-up conversation.
• Archived or declined briefs: up to 24 months, then deleted unless a contract or law requires otherwise.
• Contracts and invoices: retained for the period required by Nigerian tax and corporate law.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Confirm what information we hold about you and provide a copy.
• Correct anything that is inaccurate.
• Delete your brief and related correspondence.
• Restrict or object to our processing.
• Withdraw consent you previously gave.

Email hello@kukatech.com.ng and we will reply within one business day. You may also lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

Project briefs are stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security and are reachable only through authenticated server code. Our admin dashboard is password-gated and uses an HTTP-only, secure session cookie. Transport to and from the site is encrypted over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and notify affected users in the event of a material incident.

Our infrastructure providers may process data outside Nigeria. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards offered by the provider's standard contractual terms and applicable data-protection frameworks.

We may update this policy as the studio and the services we use evolve. We will change the effective date at the top of the page and, for material changes, contact people with active briefs by email.
